From the caves under the beautiful Ozark Mountain hills to right in the middle of the 76 strip, the Presleys’ Country Jubilee has seen it all. Back when they started, no one had air conditioning. So to beat the heat, locals would gather after a long day of work in the many caves and have dances and parties. The Presleys just loved playing music back then and you can see that the love has not faded over the many years and generations.
They were the first show on the 76 strip, but back then it was just a two lane road out in the middle of nowhere. They even built their theater without a slope in the audience just in case they had to turn the building into a boat storage facility. But it wasn’t long before people far and near were coming to hear this wonderful family and their toe tapping music.
The theater has been remodeled with new seats and lights but the Presley’s still deliver the same toe tapping good time people want to hear. Their mixture of Hill Billy Comedy and Great Music make this a show you will want to see again and again.
Come see them Monday through Saturday at 8 PM in their wonderful theater. And you might want to upgrade to the red seats…they are awfully comfortable.
Branson has become known as a Magic Mecca. We have seen many great magicians in this town and Rick is one of the best. His illusions are flawless, his dancers are amazing, and his humor is wonderfully refreshing. He is the main show in the beautiful Andy Williams Moon River Theater and he uses the stage magnificently.
Rick came to Branson from Las Vegas where he had the most successful family show on the Vegas strip. The production of the show is well done with all that you would expect from a world class performance. The pinnacle illusion of his show is the AirAdage where Tara, his beautiful lead assistant, dances in the air. It is truly breathtaking.
Rick was known for his gorgeous tigers in Vegas but made the toughest decision of his life in letting them retire from show life and live in a wonderful tiger preserve. He has most recently added two wonderful Great Pyrenees dogs to his show. They are just over a year old and already 170 pounds. They are loving creatures that add to the show. Rick Thomas’ show will not disappoint.
